The mill is intended for crushing of laboratory tests of grain of crops and products of their processing for the purpose of preparation for the subsequent definition of indicators of quality of grain.

LZM - 1 is applied in PTL the hlebopriyemny, flour - grinding and grain processing enterprises, in the system of agriculture and other organizations which are engaged in an assessment of quality of crops and products of their processing.

Basic purpose of a mill of LZM - 1 - grind of test for determination of humidity, a maslichnost, and also other indicators when which determining grind of a product without loss of moisture and with the increased fat content is required. The mill is used by preparation of tests for definition of quantity and quality of a gluten, "falling number", protein content, and also other indicators when which determining grind of a product on the set fineness is required.

The principle of action of a mill is based on crushing of a product by a steel knife which, rotating with a high speed, crushes grain.

The mill consists of the electric motor mounted in the case. The plastic glass reinforced by metal in which grain for grind weighing no more than 50 g is filled up is fixed in the top part of the case. The glass is closed by a cover, by means of a threaded connection, contains, the steel knife mounted on an electric motor shaft and is closed by a cover, forming a crushing chamber. The mill is supplied with the switch of keyboard type, and also an electrocable with a fork for connection to the power supply network.
