Mill laboratory LMT - 1
It is intended for crushing of grain of wheat, rye and other crops with humidity to 20% for the purpose of definition of the technological indicators of quality demanding exact and stable particle size distribution of the ground product.
The mill can be applied to fast crushing of grain of wheat by preparation of tests for definition of quantity and quality of a gluten, "falling number", and also other indicators when which determining grind of a product to the set fineness is required.
Grind of dry compound feeds (without the content of fat), grains of soy, pharmaceutical substances and chemicals is under certain conditions possible. Fineness of a product is defined by diameter of openings of a sieve.
The mill can be used in PTL of the hlebopriyemny, flour - grinding and grain processing enterprises, GHI laboratories, in system of agriculture, the selection and research organizations, in the independent laboratories and other organizations which are engaged in an assessment of quality of crops and products of their processing.
The mill provides grind of a hinge plate of grain weighing from 10 to 50 g with the set stable size of particles. Control of the crushed product is not required to Sitova (a descent of a sieve No. 67 no more than 1% , pass of a sieve No. 38 not less than 60% ). The mill is equipped with replaceable sitami - lattices.
Sieve are made of the high - strength alloyed steel which passed three - stage heat treatment.
Features of a mill.
- Existence of system of adjustable automatic dispensing of the ground product allows to receive the ground product with a stable size of particles taking into account the increased humidity and fat content;
- Existence of devices of self - cleaning of system of automatic dispensing, device of self - cleaning of a razmolny chamber and all system of the products pipeline;
- Existence of replaceable sit with a different size of cells;
- Use of the multilayered air filter allows to get rid of the fine dust in air arising at grain grind;
- Application in razmolny body of steel blades allows to grind rather firm products;
- The system of protection against overloads switches off the electric motor at a stop of razmolny body during grind that significantly increases a mill resource.
Principle of action.
Crushing in a cyclonic mill happens due to shock action of the product dispersed to 80 m/s about a motionless rough wall. The product is sucked in with air via the automatic batcher, and gets on the krylchatka rotating with a speed of 12 000 rpm.
Due to centrifugal force the product is rejected on a motionless steel wall of a razmolny chamber, breaking at blow. As soon as the size of particles becomes less openings of a sieve, they pass through it, and collect in reception glass capacity.
The separation of air from the ground particles occurs in a cyclone. The dust - like fraction of grind settles on three - layer air filters.
For uniform supply of the ground material and for improvement of quality of a grinding of damp grain the mill is equipped with the automatic batcher of supply of grain with giving adjustment.
The system of self - cleaning allowing to clear a razmolny chamber, a cyclone and the device of automatic dispensing without dismantling is provided in a mill.
In LMT - 1 the highly reliable asynchronous engine with protection against overloads which can be caused by a stop of razmolny body because of misuse or overdose of grain is used.Technical characteristics.
