Trailer mills of Minimaster
Only the SECO firm offers small-sized trailer mills with replaceable hard-alloy inserts.
Minimaster mills with three spiral cutting edges provide easy and pure cutting. Good removal of shaving prevents a possibility of breakage of the tool, and internal giving SOZH allows to use the intensive modes of cutting.
Characteristics:
·range of diameters is 6-20 mm;
· rigidity of a compound trailer mill of Minimaster does not concede rigidity of the integral or napayny tool;
· a possibility of processing of materials with a hardness up to 65 HRC;
· use of one derzhavka for wide scale of inserts for milling and drilling;
· a vysokayaproizvoditelnost and accuracy of processing thanks to original fastening of an insert on a mill: replacement of an insert is carried out without extraction of the tool from a machine spindle;
· economy of money: when replacing a worn-out mill not all tool but only the cutting insert changes.
