Description
Minplita (mineral plates) on the basis of basalt is a fine heat-insulating material. As raw materials rocks (basalt) are used only that allows to provide high quality of a product with the long term of operation. Service life of a mineral plate makes not less than 25 years.
Minplita, fastened with impregnation from organic binding, are formed in plates of the optimum size:
- length is 1000 mm;
- width is 600 mm;
- thickness 50, 80, 100 mm.
Sandwich panels the plant makes minplita of 1800х1000х100 mm in size for production.
As binding silane and phenolic pitch is applied. In the final product the content of pitches fluctuates from 2,5 to 5%. After drying binding substances will be polymerized and become absolutely nontoxical.
Mineral plates in our company are made by Bazalt-A LLP. The plant is in the Aktyubinsk Region, Mr. Kandyagash.
