The mixer is planetary
B5 is intended for a batch of various type of the test of a liquid consistence, including proteinaceous, scalded, barmy, biscuit, and also for preparation of mashed potatoes, mayonnaise, various sauces, whipped cream at catering establishments and trade, in bakeries and candy stores. The model is equipped with shaft of selection of power. The removable dezha is made of stainless steel, a protective cover - of polycarbonate.
3 nozzles are included in the package of delivery: a hook for the test, flat bitter and a nimbus.
1. Submersible. It is the manual mixer capable to carry out various operations with the help of different nozzles. Its handle becomes covered by a rubber layer.
2. Planetary (stationary). Has stationary or removable Tagus, usually from stainless steel, is more rare from glass in which it is possible to mix various sauces, to shake up creams and mousses, and even to knead dough (not too abrupt). Planetary mixers received the name thanks to specifics of the movement of working body: it at the same time rotates around an axis of a dezha and round its pivot - center.
