Horizontal shnekovy mixers of the SGSh series are intended for mixing of food and chemically active products by method of compulsory bladed hashing. Shnekovy mixers are used generally to mixing of products heavy, hardly mixed and subject to a komkovaniye.
The mixer consists of a frame, the motionless bunker with vstrechnonapravlenny bladed screws, covers, the hatch of unloading, the drive, the control panel hashing and unloading.
All details adjoining to a product are made of stainless steel.
The rigid design of a frame and lack of handwork in the course of hashing and unloading does this mixer to the most suitable for labor-intensive processes of mixing of heavy products.
