Principle of operation of the mobile fuel-dispensing ETR-60 unit
Module type - rotor and gate. Case shaped parts of the pump are cast from cast iron. The by-pass reducing valve which is intended for maintenance of constant pressure in a hydraulic system at fuel consumption change is built in the body of the mobile fuel-dispensing module.
The module receives rotation from an electric motor shaft.
The by-pass valve of the fuel-dispensing unit closed by a stopper regulates pressure in a delivery cavity of the module of a column. Adjustment is carried out by turn of an adjustment screw of the valve, and at turn of the screw clockwise pressure in mobile Broadcasting Company increases, counterclockwise - decreases. At increase of pressure in a delivery cavity of the pump of the module up to the size at which the valve is adjusted there is its opening, than further increase of pressure is prevented.
Production guarantees
The manufacturer guarantees normal operation of the mobile filling module at observance by the consumer of operating conditions, transportations and storages.
Warranty period of storage-18 months from the date of production of the filling module.
Warranty period of operation-12 months within a warranty period of storage at a guarantee operating time of 0,5 million liters.
