Definition of element structure by a nondestructive method of the X-ray fluorescent analysis - the standard standard in a number of analytical uses, including such widespread, as the analysis of ores, ore materials and soils, the analysis of safety of consumer goods, toys, electronic printed circuit boards and components, products from plastic (directive RoHS).
