Modernization with the ChPU installation of the profileshlifovalny LZ-250 machine
Modernizations of LZ - 250 grinders (for polishing of streams of calibers of HPT) by replacement of difficult mechanical knots of the machine with the modern precision electromechanical drives operated by means of the device of numerical program control (DNPC) and the personal computer are made.
The machine is equipped with systems of automatic editing of grinding wheels and measurements of a profile of the ground caliber stream integrated with a machine control system.
Training of managing directors of programs for UChPU is conducted by means of SAM developed by our experts - the system allowing a message automatic design of the operating programs for basic data which set a caliber stream profile (calibration) in the form of the table prepared in MicrosoftExcel - the file of a format * xls further in the dialogue mode technological parameters and the modes of processing are set.
Modernization of LZ - 250 machines allows:
- to completely automate process of finishing processing of the calibers having any form of section of a stream which is giving in to the mathematical description;
- to considerably increase the accuracy of processing of a stream to 15 microns on width and depth in the calibrating zone;
- to increase productivity due to reduction of time for preparation of production and readjustment of the machine that is provided by expeditious change of the operating UChPU programs;
- to automate process of measurement of a profile of a stream of calibers.
At the tests which are carried out at the beginning of October, 2009 of the last of the LZ - 250 machines upgraded by us at VSMPO - AVISMA pipe plant Nikopol, not roundness (ovality) of the titanic pipes received after rolling on a camp of HPT - 32 made no more than 0,02 mm.
