The M1 series of molokookhladitel - vertical tanks coolers of a cylindrical form, open type, spaciousness from 100 to 300 l.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Internal and external walls of the dairy tank are made of high - quality stainless AISI 304 food steel, with thickness of a wall of 2 and 1,5 mm respectively.
• The surface of the evaporator is completely washed by milk.
• Thermal insulation of the dairy tank is made of ecologically safe heat - insulating material.
• The design of discharge provides full depletion of the dairy tank.

REFRIGERATING SYSTEM:

• Provides lack of freezing of milk even at small filling of the tank.
• Cooling of milk happens directly via the evaporator.
• As coolant R404a or R22 freon is used.
• Models of this series are compact and allow to save room space.

ELECTRIC SYSTEM:

In milk coolers of the M1 series the EVKO controller (Italy) for performance is used:

• control of temperature of milk;
• digital indication of temperature;
• automatic control of a milk mixer.
