TECHNICAL FEATURES:
The motor-pump of MPB-1600 represents the centrifugal pump intended for liquid pumping, set in motion by the petrol single-cylinder engine with air cooling. The maximum productivity of a motor-pump reaches 1600 liters a minute and depends on length of sleeves, height of rise and depth of an intake of water. The method of calculation of productivity is in detail given in the operation manual and on the website of the company, in the article "Recommendations about the Choice of a Motor-pump". The intaking sleeve has to be reinforced as during the work of a pomp in it discharge is created. Tightening rings, a water intaking grid, collars and connecting branch pipes which can be used for the correct selection of internal and outer diameter of sleeves are included in the package of a motor-pump. The raised resource of work is provided by wearproof details: the snail and a krylchatka of a pomp are cast from cast iron, and on a shaft of the engine the ceramic epiploon is established.
As the power unit the engine manufactured on HONDA® technology — with low fuel consumption, long service life, low level of vibration and noise is used. Manual launch of the engine facilitates the automatic decompressor developed by engineers of the HONDA® company. Observing requirements of the operation manual and to service of a motor-pump, you considerably prolong a resource of its work.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
The motor-pump of MPB-1600 is capable to lift water on height of the ten-storied house and to pump over up to 1600 liters a minute. Such powerful, it is expedient to use the equipment in farms for the organization of systems of watering on building sites for drainage of ditches and reservoirs. To pump water in tanks of a rural water supply system, to Drain pools or wells for sanitary processing. In conditions where there is no central power supply, the motor-pump with the petrol engine thanks to independence of the central networks has clear advantage in front of electric pumps.
