Purpose of the MPR51 ARIES device.

The MPR51-Shch4 ARIES program control point adjustment is intended for management of multistage temperature moisture conditions of technological processes by production meat and sausages, in the baking industry, in incubators, thermo - and klimatokamer, cooking and drying cabinets, during the drying wood, production of reinforced concrete designs and so forth.

The device is issued in the panel board Shch4 case.

Functionality of the MPR51 ARIES device.

• MEASUREMENT OF THREE PARAMETERS: -
  - chamber temperatures ("-dry" - the thermometer) Tsukh- 
  - temperatures "-damp" - the Tvlazh-thermometer -
  - product temperatures Tprod
• CALCULATION OF TWO ADDITIONAL PARAMETERS:
  - differences of temperatures of Δ-t = Tsukh - Tprod- 
  - humidity Ψ-by a psikhrometrichesky method (according to indications "-dry" - and "-damp" - thermometers).
• TWO PID-REGULYaTORA for maintenance of any two from five above-mentioned sizes with high precision.
• FOUR OUTPUT RELAYS for connection TENOV, cooling systems, latches and other actuation mechanisms.
• REGULATION ACCORDING TO THE PROGRAM SET BY THE USER.
• ADDITIONAL RELAY I OF 8 TRANSISTOR KEYS: -
  - for the alarm system about accident and about the end of implementation of the program - -
  - for management of the additional equipment.
• AUTOTUNE OF PID-REGULYATOROV.
• LEVELS of PROTECTION of SETTINGS of the DEVICE for different groups of experts (servicemen, technologists etc.).
• REGISTRATION of CONTROLLED PARAMETERS FOR the personal computer via the adapter of the AC2 ARIES network on the RS-232 interface.
• BUILT-IN RS-485 INTERFACE by request.
• CONFIGURATION ON the personal computer by means of the program configurator (for connection to the personal computer the special cable is used).
