Mufflers are tractor

The muffler is necessary for noise reduction at production of the fulfilled gases and clearing of sparks. In the case of the muffler the punched pipe connected to the case partitions which form three resonant chambers is located. In the punched pipe the valve executed in the form of cross partitions with blades is installed. Notes of the fulfilled gases, passing through valve blades, receives a rotary motion. Under the influence of centrifugal forces the burning particles (sparks) nestle on a pipe and are thrown in chambers. The effect of muffling of noise is reached due to the movement of a stream of gases via the valve and resonant cameras. The inlet collector consists of the airbringing pipe, a transitional branch pipe and a collector connected by bolts. On an inlet collector the torch heater for the heating of the air coming to cylinders and facilitating launch of the diesel in cold time is established. The inlet collector is connected to a turbocompressor and the air cleaner. The final collector is made of cast iron. On it there are three flange branch pipes connected to final channels of a head of the block of cylinders. Between flanges of a final collector and the plane of the block of cylinders heat resisting laying is established. The collector by means of hairpins and nuts is attached to the block of cylinders and connected to a turbocompressor and an exhaust pipe with the noise muffler.
