The multi - saw machine TsMD - 200 is designed for cutting two - edged beams up to 200 mm high, equipped with a main drive electric motor with a power of 45 kW.

Machines of the TsMD - 200 series make a cut of two - edged and three - edged bars up to 200 mm high. Up to 10 circular saws with a diameter of up to 630 mm can be installed on the machines. When sawing timber of a lower height, you can use saws of a smaller diameter - this allows you to reduce the width of the cut and, therefore, increase the percentage yield of finished lumber. The saws have a speed of 2850 rpm. , which ensures the high quality of the resulting material.

The feed rate of the material is continuously adjustable. Depending on the load on the saws, according to the readings of the ammeter, the optimal feed rate is set. This allows you to achieve such an operating mode in which the electric motor and saws work without overload in the optimal mode. As a result, the service life of the saws is extended and maintenance costs are reduced.

The gang saw can work together with a log saw to form a single production line, or independently as a second row machine.
