Nitrogen liquid. GOST 9293-74.

Gaseous nitrogen intends for creation of the inert atmosphere by production, storage and transportation of easily oxidized products, at high-temperature processing of the metals which are not interacting with nitrogen, for preservation of the closed metal vessels and pipelines and other purposes.
Liquid nitrogen is used as coolant, and also (after gasification) for the purposes stated above for gaseous nitrogen. Gaseous nitrogen - inert gas without color and ^{a smell with a density of 1,25046 kg/m3} at 0 °C and pressure of 101,3 kPa. The specific volume of gaseous nitrogen is equal to 860,4 ^dm3/kg with a pressure about 105 Pas and temperature 290 K.
Liquid nitrogen - colourless liquid, flavourless with a temperature of boiling of 77,35 K with a pressure of 101,3 kPa and ^{with a specific capacity of 1,239 dm3/kg} at a temperature of 77,35 To and pressure of 101,3 kPa.
