STRUCTURE. Suspension of pigments in nitrovarnish solution with introduction of the additives giving to a covering elastic and specific properties (pitches, softeners and other)
CHARACTERISTIC. Quick-drying (time of drying of one layer before stickiness disappearance no more than an hour), with good luster and wide color gamut enamel. After drying forms the elastic surface resistant to blows and influence of industrial oil (not less than 6 hours of continuous influence), smooth, equal without wrinkles, craters and foreign inclusions. An expense on a single-layer covering depending on color 30-120 of g/m2.
APPOINTMENT. For coloring of the wooden and previously grounded metal surfaces of the products operated in atmospheric conditions with a temperate climate and in rooms of all types of buildings. For priming use GF-021, AK-070, FL-03K, VL-02 primers. Putting enamel on ferrous metals without preliminary priming is allowed.
METHOD OF APPLICATION. The surface before coloring is carefully cleared of dust, by dirt, fat, a rust and old paint. Before drawing on the painted surface enamel is carefully mixed to a uniform state, diluted if necessary to working viscosity with solvent of the R-646 brand and put with dispersion or a brush in two-three layers. Drying time between layers about an hour.
STORAGE. Store separately from foodstuff, in hermetically closed container, protecting from effect of moisture, heat and direct sunshine. Temperature condition of storage from minus 40 °C to plus 40 °C. The term of guarantee storage is 12 months.
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES. When carrying out painting works, and also after their termination it is necessary to air the room carefully. It is necessary to apply rubber gloves to protection of hands. To protect from fire.
