APPOINTMENT: PROSEPT OGNEBIO PROF 1 - complex ognebiozashchitny impregnation for the wood used in rooms and in the open air without direct impact of an atmospheric precipitation and contact with soil. Impregnation protects wood from emergence and spread of fire, and also from influence of biological agents (derevorazrushayushchy fungi, insects and their larvae). Transfers wood to slow-burning material - the I (highest) group of fireproof efficiency on NPB 251-99 and the II group of fire protection on NPB 251-98 at a smaller expense - 500 g/m ² and 300 g/m ² respectively. Is suitable for processing of both new designs, and the designs which are earlier processed by fireproof structures. Ognebiozashchitny impregnation is steady against aging, is not salted out and not leached, easily becomes covered by any LKM. The structure does not make negative impact on properties of wood, does not change its structure, significantly does not change natural color of wood (basic modification And, modification of B contains dye for drawing control), does not interfere with further processing, pasting and coloring.

Action mechanism: PROSEPT OGNEBIO PROF 1 is multicomponent system of fire-retarding agents and biocidal additives, modern, highly effective, nontoxical for people and animals. At influence of high temperatures active ingredients of impregnation become more active, increasing repeatedly in volume, with release of nonflammable nontoxical gases. As a result, on the surface of wood the fire-resistant heat-insulation layer of a penokoks 1-2 mm thick which blocks access of oxygen to wood is formed, does not give the chance to wood to sustain combustion and to reach ignition temperature.
