Orthophosphoric acid pure
Orthophosphoric acid (phosphoric acid) [1] — inorganic acid with chemical formula of H3PO4 which at reference conditions represents colourless hydroscopic crystals.
At temperature above 213 °C it turns into H4P2O7 pyrophosphoric acid. It is very well soluble in water. Usually orthophosphoric (or just phosphoric) acid call 85% aqueous solution (flavourless colorless siropoobrazny liquid). It is soluble also in ethanol and other solvents.
Application
It is used at the soldering as gumboil (on the oxidized copper, on ferrous metal, on stainless steel), for researches in the field of molecular biology. It is applied also to clarification from rust of metallic surfaces. Forms protective film on worked surface, preventing further corrosion. Also it is applied as a part of freon, in industrial freezing installations as binding substance.

Food industry
Orthophosphoric acid is registered as food additive of E338. It is applied as the acidity regulator in carbonated drinks.
Use of orthophosphoric acid in agriculture. In fur farming (in particular, at cultivation of minks) use vypoyka of solution of orthophosphoric acid for prevention of the stomach raised rn and urolithic illness.
