Description

Orthophosphoric acid (technical, food) - peobrazovatel of rust.
It is used at the soldering as gumboil (on the oxidized copper, on ferrous metal, on stainless steel), for researches in the field of molecular biology. It is applied also to clarification from rust of metallic surfaces. Forms protective film on worked surface, preventing further corrosion. Orthophosphoric acid is registered as food additive of E338. It is applied as the acidity regulator in carbonated drinks.
