Appointment:

It is intended for processing of the logs applied at production of fellings. The machine allows to round a log, to choose a longitudinal (semicircular) groove, to choose assembly bowls, to prostrogat a flat surface. All these operations are made consistently for one installation of a log, one set of the tool. Thus, in log processing from a round timber to a finished product there is no need to reinstall a log or the cutting tool (mills).

Machine of fashions. "-LOG MASTER-240P" - - is ideal for use directly on allotments as the petrol engine is used.

Scope:

It is applied as the equipment for production of the rounded log in wooden housing construction.

Principle of action:

Preparation planing by a mill is carried out at the movement of the carriage on guides along the processed preparation. At the same time preparation is fixed "-in the centers" - and can rotate round its pivot-center. Longitudinal giving of the cart (at roundup and selection of a longitudinal groove) - manual or automatic (option), giving of a mill across a log axis (vertical and horizontal) - automatic. Frequency of rotation of a log - fixed.

Accuracy of processing of products allows to collect a felling as from meccano details, without the subsequent adjustment of details. After processing on the machine there is no need for polishing of a surface of a log or any other subsequent processing.
