Recently requirements to coloring of railway transport more and more become tougher. It is connected with the fact that appearance of coverings of cars has to correspond to inquiries of the Customer, at the same time ensuring resistance of such coverings to aggressive weather climatic conditions is necessary, including, for rainfall and differences of temperatures.

Use of painting chambers for coloring of railway transport (OSK) is caused by receiving the required end result. In such chambers the covering turns out equal, it effectively looks and provides excellent protection against any influences of environment.

Painting and drying chambers for cars allow operators, working in them, to change duration of stages of coloring and drying, besides, the air supply speed, temperature depending on features of concrete process of coloring.

By production of preparatory chambers for cars and railway transport dimensions of the contained cars, and also space for movement of painters including on special elevators are surely considered.

Important feature by production of such chambers is existence a rail, the cars intended for movement in a chamber. OSK most often is divided into several sections the partitions which are specially intended for this purpose for carrying out at the same time several stages of a technological chain which includes painting and drying. Existence of partitions in a painting chamber gives the chance to maintain the required temperature in each section.

Except partitions in a painting and drying chamber special elevators which use saves time during the work are also installed and increases mobility of movement of workers.
