In conventional kraskoraspylitel pressure of compressed air on an entrance in a kraskoraspylitel and pressure of dispersion on an air head are approximately identical (about 3-4 bars). Kraskoraspyliteli of this type is provided by excellent quality of dispersion of material and uniformity of a painting torch, have rather low expense of the spirit squeezed a cart. The main lack of conventional kraskoraspylitel is the low coefficient of transfer of material on a product which is usually not exceeding 45%, and, respectively, the raised material consumption. Such DeVilbiss models as JGA, JGX, MSA, GFV, FLG-611, etc. belong to the conventional kraskoraspylitel allowing to apply material with a high pressure of compressed air.
Kraskoraspyliteli of the HVLP system
In the early eighties of the XX century owing to toughening of laws on environmental protection producers of the painting equipment developed a new type of the kraskoraspylitel spraying the material with a low excessive pressure of compressed air subsequently called HVLP (from English High Volume Low Pressure - the high volume, low pressure). All kraskoraspylitel relating to system of dispersion of HVLP: · have dispersion pressure on an air head no more than 0,7 bars; · provide transfer of material on a product over 65%. Decrease in losses of material on fogging is reached because the parts of material sprayed with a low pressure of compressed air have low speed and form the "soft" painting torch which is evenly laid on a product. It should be noted what is required to kraskoraspylitel of the HVLP system for effective creation of a painting torch with a low pressure of dispersion it is considerable bigger amount of compressed air in comparison with conventional kraskoraspylitel that demands use of more powerful compressors and carrying out audit of a condition of air routes. One more lack of the kraskoraspylitely HVLP system is insignificant deterioration in decorative properties of the formed covering, for example, emergence of shagreen leather as in this case the average size of parts in a painting torch is more, than in case of dispersion with a high pressure. Such DeVilbiss models as MSV, MSV-2K, OMX, FLG-631, GTI-G and GTI-S, SRi, etc. belong to the kraskoraspylitel of the HVLP system allowing to apply material with a low pressure of compressed air.
Kraskoraspyliteli of the Trans-Tech™ system
The method of dispersion of paintwork material with an average pressure of compressed air (from 0,7 to 1,2 bars on an air head) realized by DeVilbiss kraskoraspylitel of the Trans-Tech™ system allows to receive quality paint and varnish coverings and at the same time provides the coefficient of transfer of material on the painted product exceeding 65%. Similar results become achievable owing to a special design of internal air channels of the kraskoraspylitel providing optimum proportions of mixing of the sprayed material with compressed air and thereof, receiving a uniform painting torch and rather low consumption of compressed air. One more advantage of the kraskoraspylitely Trans-Tech™ system is the possibility of reliable work with a pressure of compressed air of 1,5-2 bars on an entrance in a kraskoraspylitel. Such popular models as belong to kraskoraspylitel of the Trans-Tech™ system: GTI-P, GTI-S and GTI-G, GFP, MSAT, SRi, etc. It should be noted that, despite external similarity, the kraskoraspylitel relating to various systems of pneumatic dispersion differ from each other in a design of internal air channels and a structure of an air head.
