Periodic maintenance

Maintenance is understood as scheduled works on maintenance of serviceability of equipment. Contradict works on maintenance of special equipment, and also their frequency is defined by the operation manual made by the producer proceeding from the technical characteristics inherent in each concrete model.

Need of periodic maintenance is connected with wear, deformation or destruction of separate details, with weakening of fastenings of knots and units, and also with change of gaps in interfaces of details. High-quality periodic maintenance is especially necessary for such special equipment which service conditions can be carried to heavy: the movement of special equipment is carried out mainly at strong dust content of air, on the bumpy or filled-in with water roads, on the hilly or mountain district, the movement of special equipment often is interrupted by intensive braking, etc.

In this aspect it is natural that periodic maintenance provides maximum efficiency of special equipment, increase in reliability and term of its service.Performance of this task requires observance of at least three conditions:

1) Periodic maintenance of special equipment in strict accordance with regulations;
2) Periodic maintenance of special equipment by skilled qualified specialists;
3) Periodic maintenance of special equipment in the service center having the specialized equipment for diagnostics.
