PERMISSION for the use of pipeline units lined with fluoroplast - 4 No. РРС47 - 00047 was issued to LLC PKP MITO on 03.02.2010 by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.
PTFE PIPES IN ARMOR
Fittings of pipelines are supplied in armor, connection to the pipeline is flanged. We will produce pipes and fittings of pipelines: tees, bends, transitions, crosses.
For transportation of substances of Groups A and B, except for A (a) and BOT (high molecular weight organic heat carrier) at an operating pressure of up to 10 kgf / cm 2 , flanges are designed for 16 kgf / cm 2 , and substances of Group A (a) at an operating pressure of up to 2.5 kgf / cm 2 , flanges are designed for 16 kgf / cm 2 . (PB 03 - 585 - 03).
For transportation of Group B substances at operating pressures up to 10 kgf/cm 2 , the flanges are designed for 10 kgf/cm 2 (PB 03 - 585 - 03).

Pipes and shaped parts of pipelines made of F - 4 can be mounted in buildings and outside buildings, and are designed to transport various aggressive liquids, gases and their mixtures, with the exception of molten alkali metals, chlorine trifluoride and elemental fluorine.
The operating temperature range of pipes and fittings of pipelines from F - 4 is limited by the temperature resistance of fluoroplastic (from - 40 to + 260 0 C) and materials used to protect fluoroplastic sections (armor, flanges).
Fluoroplastic pipelines provide stable operation in aggressive environments and under pressure.
According to the specification of the pipeline sent by the Customer, we will manufacture pipes in armor, without armor and with cap flanges and fittings according to the tables given in this catalogue.
