Description
For today KPM Plast LLP is domestic producer of polyethylene pipes, there are certificates of conformity and ST of KZ, all necessary tests of production are carried successfully out.
The plant is in Iliyskomr-ona, the item Otegen Batyr, st. of Kalinin, 2 (the combined heat and power plant area):
• Polyethylene pipes, with a diameter from 20 mm to 630 mm, with various thickness of a wall of a pipe - SDR from 9 to 41. Pipes are intended for gas, water and drainage systems. • Production is made on the German equipment "KRAUSS MAFFEI";Advantages of polyethylene pipes
• Durability — the term of operation of steel underground pipelinesmakes no more than 25 years whereas the guaranteed operation term
pipelines makes 50 years of polyethylene pipes (pipes PND).
• Corrosion firmness — physical and chemical properties of polyethylene guarantee excellent tightness and high stability. • Does not demand repair — the polyethylene pipeline does not need repairs that reduces costs of operation. • Increase in capacity allows to lower at operation of the polyethylene pipeline costs of pumping of water on it by 5-8%. • In polyethylene pipes there is no "overgrowing" of an internal surface of a pipe oxidation products, unlike steel pipes. • The internal surface of a polyethylene pipe becomes softer and smooth, owing to swelling of a boundary layer of polymer and emergence of specific superficial effect of elasticity which improves conditions of a flow of a wall of a polyethylene pipe and reduces resistance to the movement. • The water which froze in a polyethylene pipe will not damage it. • Sag of the house to which the steel pipeline is brought, will cause destruction of a metal pipe while the pipe polyethylene is capable to stretch without loss of the qualities to 7% (for this reason in the seismological dangerous regions of Japan application of polyethylene pipes is approved by the law). • Thanks to elasticity of material dynamic pressure decreases during water hammers, (1,5 multiple short-term excess of size of working pressure are admissible). • The pipe polyethylene has no toxins and bacteriological is safe. The smooth surface of a polyethylene pipe does not allow a congestion of a raid and various educations during all term of operation. • Polyethylene pipes 2-4 times easier steel that significantly facilitates their transportation and installation. Density of polyethylene pipes, density became more than 8 times lower. • High durability and rigidity allow polyethylene pipes to maintain internal pressure to 25 atmospheres and external loadings of soil. • The polyethylene pipe is resistant to influence of aggressive soil and some chemicals. • The polyethylene pipe can work in various climatic conditions (from-45 C to 40 C). • A possibility of delivery in bays (to 500 meters in a bay) for pipes with a diameter up to 110 mm inclusive.Thanks to these properties, polyethylene pipes with success it is applied in construction of gas pipelines, in systems of water supply and in the device of the pressure head and free-flow sewerage.
