Pipes polyethylene PE100 from the producer. d20-630 SDR 7,4-41
All production conforms to the international ISO standards entered in Kazakhstan by method of registration registration.
ISO 4427 (State standard specification 18599-2001) - pipes PE for water supply;
- ISO 4437 (State standard specification P 50838) - pipes PE for gas supply;
- ISO 8772 (State standard specification 22689.0-89) - pipes PE for underground drainage and sewer systems
- ST 649-1907-TOO-01-2011 - upsetting pipes
Main scopes of our production:
- Gas pipelines of average and low pressure (the maximum working pressure is 10 atm.)
- Systems of cold water supply, including drinking (the maximum pressure is 16 atm.)
- Systems of the pressure head and free-flow sewerage
- Drainage systems
- Industrial pipelines for transportation of chemically aggressive products
- Systems of melioration and irrigation
- Systems of an irrigation and drop irrigation
- Factory technological pipelines
- Pipelines for transportation of a pulp and other abrozivosoderzhashchy liquids
- Temporary or bypass pipelines
- Systems of water decrease
Main properties of polyethylene pipes
High durability and rigidity allow pipes to maintain internal pressure to 16 atm. and external loadings of soil
Resistance to chemical influence of aggressive soil and chemicals
High operational properties in severe climatic conditions (from-45 C to 40 C)
Thanks to the low module of elasticity of material the maximum size of dynamic pressure decreases during hydroblows, 1,5 - 2 multiple short-term excess of size of working pressure are admissible
Chemical and biological educations on an internal surface of pipes during all term of operation are excluded
Lack of need of external isolation of pipelines from corrosion and arrangement of electrochemical protection
Use of an elektromuftovy fitting facilitates installation works in the constrained conditions
Decrease in hydrolosses at application of PE of pipes in difference from pipes from classical materials cuts down operational costs and increases pipeline capacity
The minimum probability of destruction of the pipeline when freezing of the transported product
Density of PE density became more than 8 times lower
Durability of welded seams of pipes and fitingovy connections exceed durability of pipes
Possibility of delivery in bays for pipes with a diameter up to 110 mm inclusive
Such properties as flexibility, rigidity, easy weight and high shock durability facilitate installation, reduce expenses, allow development of narrower trenches for laying and reduce quantity of an expensive fitting
The settlement term of operation of polyethylene pipelines makes 50 years
