The Plate Plaster Tongue-and-groove (PPTAG) is intended for the device of the internal not bearing partitions and facing of external walls of buildings of different function. PGP easily gives in to machining, fire-resistant, built from it a partition do not demand plaster, ecologically safe - acidity of Ph - 5.5, seismic stability to 9 points, a sound absorption to 38 DB.
Material: PGP are made from plaster knitting the G-4 and G-5 brands on molding technology.
Main characteristics
PGP represent a monolithic product in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with a tongue-and-groove joint and exact geometry dimension, according to GOST 6428-83: 667 x 500 x 80 mm. (length x width x thickness). Quantity of plates in 1 sq.m - 3 pieces.
The plate plaster tongue-and-groove is subdivided into standard and gidrofobizirovanny (moisture resistant). The Gidrofobizirovanny plate is applied to the device of partitions in rooms with the increased humidity. A glue consumption for installation of partitions of-2 kg. on 1 sq.m.
Packing, transportation
Plates plaster tongue-and-groove are packed on wooden pallets on 10 sq.m.
Carriage norm of shipment of 640 - 700 sq.m.
