Plyushchilki of grain

Grains apply Plyushchilki to a plyushcheniye of bulks of a phytogenesis:
- grains of cereal cultures. (Grain should not be overdried, insufficient humidity of grain can lead to increase in a mass fraction of the whole seeds in a ready - made product. )
- grains of bean cultures (peas, beans, corn, etc. ), on condition of their preliminary preparation (steaming or moistening), with the subsequent drying after a plyushcheniye. At non - compliance with technology of processing of bean cultures a plyushcheniye, the plyushcheniye of grains will not occur. There will be instead their crushing.
- zernosmesy, on condition of insignificant distinction in sizes of the grains which are a part of mix that will allow to establish an optimum gap between plyushchilka rollers for processing of all components of mix.
Optimum humidity of the grain subjected to a plyushcheniye makes 14% .
The received flakes are used as a forage for farm animals.
There is no overgrinding of grain in a muchka.

ZERNOPLYUSHCHILKI'S ADVANTAGES

1. Plyushchilka of grain is used for preparation of compound feed which not only is well acquired by animals, but also suitable for preservation.
2. As a result of processing, all mealy fractions are expelled from composition of mix and there are flakes which size can be regulated in the range of 0, 7 - 1, 5 mm (gap thickness between device rollers changes).
3. The ready - made product can be used for preparation of the granulated and loose compound feed.
