PM-5-T counter flowmeter

Counters flowmeters electromagnetic RM-5 are intended for measurement of a volume and mass expense, volume, weight and parameters of the electroconductive liquids moving in pipelines and occupying completely measuring sections.
RM-5 scope: commercial and technological accounting of amount of liquids; dispatching, technological and technical control on objects of production, storage and consumption of liquid environments.

Description

The principle of action of RM-5 consists in measurement of speed, pressure, and temperature of a stream of liquids with the subsequent automatic calculation on their basis of values of a volume expense and volume, density, a mass expense and weight. Measurement of speed of a stream is based on use of the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction which is that when passing electroconductive liquid through a magnetic field in it as in the moving conductor the EMF which in measuring section proportional to liquid stream speed (to a t.a to a volume expense) for full bore modifications and the local speed of a stream for submersible modification of RM-5 is directed. EMF of an invariantn to density, viscosity, electric conductivity (in the working range) to the measured liquid, and also the mode of its current: laminar or turbulent.
RM-5 consists of electromagnetic primary converters (sensors) of an expense, electronic blocks and computers. The structure of RM-5 can turn on sensors of pressure and/or temperature. Signals of measuring information from sensors come to electronic blocks in which they separate from hindrances, are measured, will be transformed to a digital signal and transferred to computers with the software. In computers signals will be transformed to values of a volume expense and volume, and in the presence of sensors of pressure and/or temperature also to values of density, a mass expense, weight, temperature, pressure. Density of the measured liquid can be also entered into the computer and as a contractual constant. The measured and calculated sizes will be transformed in the computer to the look convenient for a conclusion to a digital board and/or for transfer on the RS485, RS232 interface.

Counters - flowmeters are issued in the following executions:
- Execution 1, basic monoblock execution. The measuring block and the computer are executed in one case and established directly on primary converter of an expense.
- Execution 2, basic separate execution. Primary converter of an expense and the measuring and computing block are installed separately.

Schetchik-raskhodomerrm-5-T-25mozhet to be completed with primary converters of pressure, temperature and the additional converter of an expense.

Technical characteristics

1. Degree of protection of blocks of counters flowmeters in accordance with GOST 14254 not below:
- primary converter and the measuring block - IP65;
- the computer (at execution in the separate case), depending on modification - IP65 or IP20;
- the power supply unit, depending on modification - IP65 or IP20.

2. Counters flowmeters provide submission of information in the following form:
2.1. Indication on the alphanumeric display:
• the volume and mass of the measured environment in pipelines on which the main and additional converters of an expense are installed
• the current value of a volume and mass expense of the measured environment in pipelines on which the main and additional converters of an expense are installed;
• temperature of the taken environment (when completing the counter flowmeter thermoconverters);
• counter flowmeter operating time time;
• pressure of the measured environment (when completing the counter flowmeter pressure converters);
• dimensions of the measured parameters.
2.2. Code day off electric signalv the RS485 or RS232 interface about calendar time, operating time time, temperature, volume and a volume expense of the measured environment, weight and a mass expense of the measured environment in pipelines on which the main and additional converters of an expense are installed.
2.3. An archiving in non-volatile memory (EEPROM):
• hourly, daily and monthly values of volume and mass of the measured environment in pipelines on which the main and additional converters of an expense and operating time of RM are installed by the accruing result;
• hourly average, average daily, average monthly and average annual values of temperature and pressure of the measured environment (for temperature the values, average on weight, for the corresponding period are archived);
• values of volume and mass of the measured environment in pipelines on which the main and additional converters of a raskhodaa of operating time for each calendar year of work of RM-5 are installed;
• information on the wrong situations and various events arising in use RM-5.

Depth of archive makes not less:
- 42 days for hourly archive;
- 12 months for daily archive;
- 5 years for monthly archive;
- 32 years for yearly archive;
- 4096 records with information for archive of mistakes and events.

At shutdown of network food data in archives remain in non-volatile memory not less than 10 years. In case of completing of counters flowmeters blocks of uninterrupted food of the BP-5B type at single shutdown of network food of PM-5-T continue work within 24 hours. Time of a complete recovery of a charge of the BP-5B rechargeable battery - 12 hours.

3. The measured environment:
for PM-5-T counters flowmeters - electroconductive liquids with parameters:
- specific electric conductivity, Cm/m from 0,001 to 10;
- temperature, �C to 150;
- pressure, MPa to 1.6 (2.5);

4. Communication line length between primary and measuring block (at separate execution of the counter flowmeter) to 10 m.
