Pneumatic loading and unloading of grain allows to do without use of the additional transporting equipment.
It is necessary to apply crushers in technological lines indoors. Crushers need to be used strictly as a part of the technological line:

Principle of action of a crusher.It is necessary, according to a compounding, the raw materials (wheat, rye, barley, oats, etc. ) humidity no more than 14% intended for crushing are absorbed by the ejector from a heap / burta. Further raw materials move on the flexible soaking - up hose through a separator in which the magnet (catching and separating metallomagnetic impurity is established) and cut for removal of impurity, then get to the crushing camera. Initial raw materials, getting to the camera, it is crushed by the rotating rotor with hammers and force rejected on sieve walls until the particle size distribution of particles appears less than diameter of openings of a sieve, and does not throw out them, under the influence of an air stream of the fan, in the case of a crusher (precipitator). Further the shredded product gets to the camera of the fan and is transported by the air stream created by the fan surrounded with the throwing - out path through an unloading branch pipe and on a flexible pressure head hose the precipitator moves or to the bunker of storage BGP - 2,5, or the SSK mixer, or during a cyclone.
