Kaprolon (polyamide 6) - multipurpose material of constructional and antifrictional appointment. It is applied in various industries to production of details of the wide nomenclature:

Kaprolon has low coefficient of friction together with any metals, is well and quickly processed, it is 6-7 times easier than bronze and steel instead of which it is established. Products from a kaprolon reduce wear of couples of friction twice, raising service life of products by 1,5 times, reduce labor input from production by 35%, cost for 50% in comparison with metal wares (staly and bronze).
Kaprolon a core is well processed by milling, turning, drilling and grinding. Graphite-reinforced kaprolon ensures longer functioning in frictional units and slidings. Kaprolon (in comparison with metals) reduces the noise level, vibrations (to 15 DB), is not subject to corrosion, it is allowed to contact with foodstuff and drinking water, is ecologically pure, steady against influence of hydrocarbons, oils, alcohols, ketones, air, alkalis and weak acids.
