Gas-pressure head pipe.
Pipes are intended for transportation of combustible gases in accordance with GOST 5542, applied as raw materials and fuel to industrial and household use with the maximum working pressure (PESTILENCE) to 1.2 MPas and the working temperature of gas to 40 °C.
During installation of system of the gas pipeline pipe PE from brands of PND PE100 or PE80 polyethylene which are made in accordance with GOST P 50838-2009 are used. They have the nominal working pressure from 3 to 12 atmospheres. All gas PE of a pipe are marked by the special yellow strip stretched on all length and also have to a drop - jet marking which indicates brand of polyethylene, a SDR pipe, its diameter and thickness of a wall.
The polyethylene pipes intended for gas supply are issued in the diameter from 25 to 315 mm. At the same time pipes for gas which have diameter to 110 mm are wound in bays on 270 meters and can be released in standard pieces 12 meters long. Also, as well as water PE of a pipe, there is an opportunity to cut a pipe for systems of gas supply by any metric area, but it is not less than 12 meters.
Pipes gas polyethylene are intended for transportation of gases and air-gas mixes which do not contain aromatic hydrocarbons. Exclusively underground laying of polyethylene pipes for gas is allowed. Elevated and their land installation is forbidden. This results from the fact that polyethylene is not steady against long influence of an ultraviolet. The air environment, aggressive for plastic, considerably reduces the term of its service and reduces durability that does not correspond to equipment of a bezopanosnost. Pipes PE gas are not intended also for plant of gas to buildings, only steel pipes are for this purpose used.
Polyethylene pipes for gas pipelines have a large supply of durability. The guaranteed service life of such pipe more than 50 years. Gas PE of a pipe are not subject to influence of both low, and high temperatures. Anticorrosive properties of plastic use when laying gas-distributing systems in the marshland, in the conditions of a humid climate. At the same time the polyethylene gas pipe does not demand additional isolation. The polyethylene pipe for gas does not collapse roots of trees. Its weight is much easier than metal therefore installation does not demand attraction of a large number of labor and mechanisms.
