A shaft with drobitelny fingers rotating, breaks a piece of polyfoam into small parts. The fraction of crushing depends on a cell of a caliber grid. Until the shattered piece is able to pass through a grid, it will be split up. For change of fraction of crushing it is necessary to replace a caliber grid. Standardly the crusher is delivered with a grid with a cell 15kh20mm.
Normal work of a crusher is impossible without extending pneumotransport fan. As expanded polystyrene balls lungs, they just will not leave a crusher independently. From a crusher it is necessary to use the extending pneumotransport fan to removal of the shattered polyfoam.
