Polyurethane light-resistant protective anticorrosive covering

Requirements to the basis
It is applied on the basis which has to be dry, chemically neutral, equal, strong - without cracks and destructions, pure - without dust, a rust or the exfoliating particles. Traces of pollution from oil, oily substances or chemicals it is required to remove by means of the preparations suitable washing, cleaning and degreasing. At an opportunity to wash up a surface a plentiful and strong stream of water or water-jet processing with a working pressure of 150 bars (at least 20 l/min). Superficial destructions and roughnesses of sites are eliminated mechanically by means of milling, grinding, cleaning with rigid brushes, bead-blasting and sandblasting. Not to apply chemically aggressive methods to cleaning of the basis. Before drawing GIPERDESMO of an AD-Y the basis to process a suitable primer.
Poor quality or impurity of the basis cannot be compensated by a praymirovaniye.
All the surfaces, lower and adjacent to a covering, have to be insured from penetration of water or moisture, especially at construction of underground constructions.
Preparation of material before drawing
