PR-1 liquid, developer for capillary defectoscopy

PR - 1 liquid - the mobile liquid of white color with specific smell applied as developer in capillary defectoscopy. Thanks to capillary defectoscopy identification of various cracks, declines and other defects of surfaces of important details, technical nodes and units has become simpler. Defect size is basic reason of application of luminescence flaw detection. For example, when defect is small so that opportunity to notice it at visual survey naked eye is absent, and use of any optic instruments (such as magnifying glass) does not lead to result due to the lack of due picture contrast on metal background. Use of the indicator liquids which are getting and filling defects, and also changing their luminous efficiency allows to increase picture contrast of surface of detail (background) and defect. For this purpose LYuM1 - OV set consisting of liquids undertakes: the luminescing LZh - 6A showing PR - 1 and cleaning OZh - 1I. LZh - 6A liquid fills heterogeneity of the examined surface and together with PR - 1 developer and means of OZh - 1I finds cracks and other defects.
