Description
Precision bearings are developed for the ensuring high precision, high speed of rotation necessary under certain conditions application. Ultraprecise bearings of the NSK company provide the highest level of accuracy supported by our production capabilities, the most modern equipment on which they are made, and extensive technical experience, and also implementation of strict quality control at each production phase. Bearings are manufactured of the best materials and have an optimum internal design. The NSK company offers several types of ultraprecise bearings, including also the ROBUST series.
Ultraprecise ball-bearings of the NSK company are developed according to the following requirements:

Optimum design - developed at computer modeling of growth of temperature as a result of sliding of balls.
Long service life - is used a number of materials, including high-quality superpure steel, the advanced material SHX patented by the NSK company.
High precision - swing elements for the P2 series can be made of standard steel and ceramic material.
Low noise level - less noisy work of a high-speed spindle with the Spinshot lubrication system
An expanded number of materials of which separators, for high-speed designs are made. The following separators are possible: brass, polymeric and phenolic.
Within the ISO standard additional options with consolidations are possible.
Versions of bearings with consolidations promote saving of time of the end user, can be previously filled with greasing for the long term of operation of a product, reduce hit of pollution.
