Press krivoshipny K2019 - are intended for performance of various operations of cold stamping of details from tape, strip and sheet material: cuttings down, punched holes, a superficial extract, are flexible etc. The press are universal and can be used in various industries: automobile, aviation, electrotechnical, radio engineering.
Bed — - welded. Internal tension in welded seams is stabilized by heat treatment. The table of a bed has the increased window sizes for a provalivaniye of the stamped details. The drive two-level (klinoremenny and gear transfers) with an arrangement of shaft perpendicular to the front of a press. Cogwheels are placed in a special compartment of a bed. The coupling and a brake with the frictional disks with a ceramic-metal covering working in an oil bathtub have high durability. Release of harmful substances in environment is excluded. Control of the coupling and a brake — - electric air, via the dual distributor, two-handled from the buttons located on a stationary or portable panel and also from a pedal. The ram has 8 - the extended directing surfaces and the sizes increased in the plan allowing to establish large-size stamps. Two pneumatic cylinders counterbalance ram weight with a stamp.
