Scope
The primer bituminous is applied to preparation (ogruntovka) of the isolated surfaces (a concrete plate, a cement and sand coupler, etc.) before laying of the built-up and self-adhesive roofing and waterproofing materials.

Structure
The primer bituminous represents solution of oil bitumens with a temperature of softening not below 80º C in specially picked up organic solvents. Possesses high penetration and small time of drying.
