Description
Production lines of the granulated LPKG compound feed is the excellent decision for average farms. On this equipment the enterprise can how to prepare, and further to granulate the raw materials necessary for providing food of animals.
Structure of the LPKG line:
- mixer;
- press granulator;
- cooling system, giving and packing of raw materials.
Process of production of the granulated compound feed happens as follows:
- raw materials come to a crusher where it is carefully crushed;
- further compound feed components on a hose come to the mixer for receiving a uniform product;
- ready loose compound feed at first goes to the bunker a voroshitel, and then to the granulator batcher then mixes up with water and steam;
- getting to the pressing camera, raw materials are pressed through through matrix openings, thereby forming granules;
- a final stage - cooling.
The line of the equipment which is picked up for productivity is intended for receiving granules from different types of raw materials.
The optimal solution for:
• dairy farmings with efficiency to 8000 kg/year;
• young growth with an average daily gain of animal weight 500 - 1200 gr. ;
• pigs with an average daily gain 500 - 1200 gr. ;
• sheep - breeding farms of the different directions of efficiency (wool, meat);
• poultry farms and poultry farms for laying hens, for obtaining bigger result we recommend to use the block of crushing of granules;
• quail farms, for obtaining bigger result we recommend to use the block of crushing of granules;
• goose and ostrich's farms.
