PRODUCTION OF GRABS

Production of rope, electromechanical (motor) and hydraulic grabs – one of the main activities of LLC Dimet-M.

Also grabs are subdivided on types of freights: for scrap metal, the skrapa, metal furnace charge, shaving, pig-iron chushka is used the multimaxillary grab for scrap metal. For bulk and loose cargoes, such as coal, ore, cement, sand, crushed stone, peat, grain the two-maxillary grab for bulks is used. Besides, for logging works our company releases various grabs for the wood .

Rope grabs depending on a way of management are divided them into one-rope, two-rope and four-rope grabs. Motor and hydraulic grabs are subdivided only by types of freights — into two-maxillary grabs (the grab for loose freights), multimaxillary grabs (the grab for scrap metal) and clamshell captures (the grab for the wood) as the principle of action at them same.

All grabs are manufactured in accordance with GOST 24599-87 with use of a know-how of our enterprise allowing to exclude bystry wear of axes of the grab. At the request of the customer the grab can be manufactured for work with freights with the temperature up to 160 °C, and also in underwater execution.

REPAIR OF GRABS

You can address to LLC Dimet-M not only to buy the grab, but also and for repair of the equipment and acquisition of spare parts to it. In the course of work the grab usually is exposed to natural wear (knives of jaws, the grab axes directing rollers, teeths of segments , etc.).

However need of repair most often arises in case of bends and cracks at daggers points, welded seams of jaws and the case of a rope basket of the grab. At the serviceable grab of a jaw have to adjoin densely to each other, drafts should not have distortions, cracks and other defects, there should not be a jamming of rope sheaves as in the top, and lower basket. At repair of the grab the damaged parts correct, or replace new, at the request of the customer replacement of axes of the grab by a little worn out axes is made, using the Know-how of our enterprise.
