Production of pipes with a three-layer corrosion-resistant coating

Today the three-layer polyethylene covering is the most effective external anticorrosive covering of pipes of factory drawing. This type of a covering is widely applied around the world to anticorrosive protection of pipelines of different function, (the main gas pipelines, oil pipelines, products pipelines, domestic pipelines, etc.).

Structurally external three-layer sheeting consists of an epoxy primer, a glue underlayer on the basis of thermofusible polymeric composition and an external layer on the basis of the extruded polyethylene containing additives thermo - and light stabilizers.
The polypropylene or polyethylene covering is applied on seamless and welded pipes industrially according to the technological instruction (regulations) coordinated in accordance with the established procedure and it can be executed in normal (N) and special (C) execution.
Three-layer covering of normal execution (N) are intended for construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of underground gas pipelines and branches from them with an operation temperature to +60ºС, in soil of any aggression and humidity.
Three-layer covering of special execution (C) are intended for construction and reconstruction of sea gas pipelines and sites of gas pipelines by method of directional drilling with an operation temperature to +60ºС.
