Fruits at "Prunes" large - from 47 to 56 grams, have the roundish or rounded extended form leveled. On a roundish top of a fruit there is a dot cavity in the center, it is more rare it is shifted towards a seam. The seam looks a narrow dark stripe.
Color at plums blue-violet. A thin skin at a fruit thick, rough, on taste sour with a taste of bitterness. From pulp the thin skin separates badly. Pulp chartreuse, juicy, granular and fibrous, sweet. On a tasting five-point scale the grade has an assessment 4,0 points. From a stone the pulp separates easily. A stone at "Prunes" too large - to 18 grams and flat in a form. Fruits contain 11,98% of sugars. When drying fruits are yielded by 22,3% of an exit of good prunes with the content of sugars of 58,15%.
"Prunes" — a grade of srednepozdny term of maturing. Plum self-fertile, fructifies plentifully, but with partial frequency. Grade rather winter-hardy and rather steady against mushroom diseases.
The advantage of a grade are the samoplodnost, high productivity, tolerance for winter conditions, drought resistance, good taste and external appeal of fruits from which very tasty dried fruits turn out.
