SEALS FROM FLUOROPLAST - 4 AND COMPOSITIONS BASED ON IT
Products from F - 4 and composite materials are used in the chemical, petrochemical and oil refining industries of types: ND, NK, ADK, GP, DAON, GM and for the repair of pumping and compressor units
Products made of fluoroplastic compositions are intended for operation in aggressive environments at temperatures from - 60 to + 260 °C, under high vacuum and pressures up to 10 MPa.
From the compositions are made:
- piston rings and rod seals in compressors and hydraulic cylinders;
- stuffing box seals, braided seals for sealing movable joints of machines and fittings;
- axial bearings;
- liners for bearings;
- mechanical seals, cuffs, washers, gaskets and other parts for equipment repair.
Cuffs, support and pressure rings are serially produced as seals made of fluoroplast - 4 and compositions based on it, which can be used in the sealing unit of the hydraulic cylinder of pumps of the ND type.
The use of fluoroplastic seals in compressor units makes it possible to reduce the noise level of compressors by 5 - 10% .
The main advantages of seals made of fluoroplastic compositions in comparison with products made of steel, bronze and cast iron are:
- the ability to work without lubrication in places where lubrication of parts is difficult or impossible;
- the ability to work with dry friction;
- high wear resistance.

The enterprise has its own scientific base and can produce prototypes of parts of varying complexity for further testing in your conditions. We will select fluoroplastic compositions for the specified operating conditions (pressure, temperature, acting loads), including the issue of replacing other materials (paronite, asbestos, rubber, etc. ) with fluoroplastic.
