Pump bars and couplings are made of the alloyed brands staly according to requirements of GOST PK, ISO 1259-2004, C,K,D durability classes.

The coupling are made by Shtangovye in the following executions and can separately be delivered:

Couplings are subdivided into 3 classes:
N (T) - normalization
T (S) - hardening of TVCh
P (SM) - a wearproof covering of an external cylindrical surface.

- Defectoscopy of initial hire;
- The automated system of heating before the forging excluding possibilities of an overheat;
- Automated high-precision (+ 10 °C) the monitoring system of temperatures at heat treatment of the stamped preparations;
- The strengthening bead-blasting processing of a body of a bar.
According to the application of the Customer of a bar are equipped with centralizers, established on a bar body: scrapers - centralizers motionless, scrapers floating, centralizers of TsVN and mezhmuftovy centralizers. The above-stated production is made of high-strength steklonapolnenny polyamide on complex installation the automatic molding machine.
