Purka the liter worker with the falling freight of the PH - 1 model is intended for determination of mass of grain in one liter. Purka service conditions: temperature of air has to be (20±5) °C, relative humidity of air indoors should not exceed (60±15) % .

Device and principle of work:
Purka represents the specialized device by means of which the weight of 1 liter of grain is defined.
Purka consists of the following main knots:
- case;
- columns 16 with an arm 8;
- yoke support 6;
- yokes 7;
- earrings;
- suspension brackets 4 with a cup for weights 3;
- measures 10;
- knife 11;
- the falling freight 12;
- filler 14;
- cylinder of a nasypka 13.
The case (1) forms the basis at assembly of a purka for work and a laying box for it. On a cover of a case are strengthened a socle for installation of a column 16 and a boot 2 for fixing of a measure in it 10.
The column 16 is hollow, the arm by the 8th cylindrical end is inserted into its top end, and the lock - nut is screwed on the lower end.
The support 6 of a yoke represents a rack on which are mounted a fork with two pillows and a cheek 9, an arm with a scale 5 and freight.
In a middle part of a yoke 7 the basic prism and an arrow are strengthened. On the ends of a yoke cargo reception prisms are fixed. On cargo reception prisms earrings are hung. On hooks of earrings are hung a suspension bracket 4 and a measure 10.
In a cup 3 there is a subracing cavity.
The measure 10 represents the cylindrical glass having an opening in the center of a bottom, and on a circle - three acting legs by means of which the measure is strongly fixed in a boot 2.
In the top part of a measure there is a crack for a knife.
The falling freight 12 is executed in the form of the cylinder with ring bore.
The steel knife 11 has on the external plane the circle equal to a measure circle, and cut in the form of a right angle.
If the falling freight is at the bottom of a measure, and the knife is moved into a measure crack, then measure volume between the top plane of freight and the lower plane of a knife is equal strictly on one liter.
The filler 14 is executed in the form of the hollow cylinder which one end has a thickening and big internal diameter. It allows to establish densely a filler on a measure.
The cylinder of a nasypka 13 has the cut - out window on one end. Here in the cylinder the funnel with the gate and the lock 15 is mounted.
