Kozhukhotrubny heatexchange devices were widely adopted most. Kozhukhotrubny heatexchange devices use in municipal services, power, oil processing, petrochemical, chemical, refrigerating, gas, mining and chemical extracting, mechanical engineering, atomic, and other industries. They are used for heat exchange between streams in various aggregate states (steam — liquid, liquid — liquid, gas — gas, gas — liquid). The device consists of a bunch of the pipes established in a casing on means of fixing in pipe lattices (pipe boards) which are hermetically welded on a casing from two of its parties. Zavaltsovana tubes in two pipe lattices or are welded on them depending on properties of constructional materials. Tubes are placed in a bunch in chessboard order, on tops of an equilateral triangle. The device if necessary can be supplied with two removable covers with unions for an entrance and an exit of the heat carrier moving in pipes. Pipe and interpipe spaces are separated. The second heat carrier moves in interpipe space, an entrance and an exit for which serve the union welded on the case.

Pipes are the basic element providing a heat transfer between the heat carrier proceeding in a pipe and in interpipe space.

           The pipe board represents a metal disk in which there are openings for pipes, of elements of consolidations, distantsioniruyushchy lattices and fixing bolts if the pipe board is screwed on a casing flange (the pipe board can be also welded on a casing).

           The casing has an appearance of the cylinder in which pipes are placed and the heat carrier circulates.

           The heat carrier is subdivided on heating and heated. The heated heat carrier moves through pipe space. The heat carrier heating comes to a casing through an entrance branch pipe and leaves in day off. Most often branch pipes are produced from standard pipes which are welded on a casing.

Advantages:

In kozhukhotrubny heat exchangers rather big relations of a heatexchange surface to volume and weight are reached. The sizes of a surface of heat exchange can easily be varied over a wide range, the design has sufficient durability and maintains normal loadings at assembly, transportation and installation of the heat exchanger, and also internal and external tension in usual service conditions. Design features allow to apply this type almost in all cases, including extremely low or high temperatures and pressure, big gradients of temperatures, at evaporation and condensation and use which are strongly polluted and corrosion and active heat carriers.

·        Wear resistance – resistance to corrosion, long term of operation – 15 years and more.

·        High resistance of this type of units to hydroblows.

·        Kozhukhotrubny units do not need the pure environment.

Technical characteristics:

Heaters kozhukhotrubny water-to-water GOST 27590-2005 are intended for use in systems of heat supply of buildings and constructions of different function. As the surface of heat exchange brass smooth tubes with a diameter of 16 and 19 mm, with thickness of a wall of 1 mm are used. Working pressure is 1 MPas (10kgs/cm2). The maximum temperature of the heat carrier is 150 °C. Use of the block of basic partitions in a heater over two meters long increases coefficient of a heat transfer of heaters with a smooth tube for 30% in comparison with heaters without basic partitions that in turn allows to reduce quantity of sections.
