Frontal racks use at storage of freights on pallets (pallets). If there is a wide range of goods and free access to each section is necessary, then racks for pallets will be the excellent assistant - such cargo racks are well applied in large warehouse. They have a multilevel design which understands and going to one, two lines of any length with loading height to 14 meters. Pallet racks consist of frames: RP 70, RP 90, RP 110 and RP130. Thanks to a reliable design our racks are good for pallets of various configurations.
Frontal cargo racks differ in variety of various technical elements and devices. It allows to organize storage of a wide range of pallet freights including specific. For this reason such cargo racks are irreplaceable for warehouses of large manufacturing enterprises, transport companies, logistic terminals, etc.
Frontal racks allow:
- to store the same and combined freights on pallets and regiments;
- to provide fast and easy access to each type of cargo without violation of system of storage;

Cargo beams - horizontal, rigid elements of racks for pallets on which freight is placed. Beams are established in punched openings of a rack, provide rigidity of a design of a frontal rack.

Accessories for pallet racks
1. Connectors of ranks are applied to connection of rack ranks in the uniform block, and to connection of gaps in a rack row at round of columns.
2. Devices of protection are used to protection of the bearing elements of a pallet rack against easy blows, load-lifting equipment.
2.1. Angular protection are established on racks of face frames of racks for pallets, for an exception on them mechanical influences from load-lifting equipment. Height of angular protection is 420 mm. Protection is painted in alarm RAL 2009 color (orange).
2.2. Protection of a row represents two angular protection connected among themselves by two profiles beams of a protection. Is established in face parts of frontal racks and in places of journey of load-lifting equipment. Provides big degree of protection, than angular protection due to bigger rigidity and increase in number of places of fastening to a floor. All elements of protection of a row are painted in alarm RAL 2009 color (orange).
Protection on single and on a double row are offered.

2.3. Protection of a rack is applied to protection of racks of frames with frontal and lateral faces. Is established on a floor near frames in rack passes. It can be used as a part of other devices of protection.
Height of protection 420 mm are resistant.
All elements are painted in alarm RAL 2009 color (orange).
2.4. The protector of a rack is applied to protection of racks of frames at a certain height or when it is impossible to establish other types of protection.
Height of a protector of a rack is defined by the used loading equipment:
350 mm when using rich-tracks
850 mm when using fork loaders.
All elements of a protector of a rack are painted in alarm RAL 2009 color (orange).
3. Cross beams are used in a design of a frontal cargo rack for strengthening of a flooring from a chipboard and also when length of a cargo beam exceeds 2700 mm.
4. A flooring - are applied in systems of frontal racks to the organization of half-internal storage. Types of floorings:
- on the basis of steel shelves
- on the basis of shelves of a chipboard
- mesh flooring.
4.1. Mesh flooring
The mesh flooring represents the shelf (panel) welded from thick (6 mm) of a wire and strengthened by additional stiffening ribs.
Purpose of a mesh flooring - application as the shelf in a pallet frontal rack that is necessary for work with goods selection tiers, or storage of easy freights on non-standard pallets and in a special container.
The mesh flooring can be used at storage of nepaletirovanny freights in such segments of distribution as:
- Construction materials
- Auto parts
- Industrial and household chemicals
- Electrogoods
- Food
- Hardware production, etc.
Also mesh flooring is applied as a safety element in arch drives (prevents loss of piece freight in interframe space of the tiers located in a dangerous zone over arch drives).
Advantages of a mesh flooring of the shelf:
- Answers standards of fire safety thanks to a good prolivayemost of shelves with a fire extinguishing system;
- High transparency of a flooring that simplifies work of personnel of a warehouse and increases safety of work;
- High air permeability provides good ventilation of freights that is actual for some types of goods;
- Easily is established and acts without use of special tools;
- It is covered with anticorrosive polymeric paint;
- It is hygienic: thanks to a design the mesh flooring does not accumulate dust and dirt, has esthetic appearance;
- It is universal: allows to store the wide range of goods without use a pallet.

5. A divider of a row are applied in need of vertical storage of lengthy freights of various nomenclature. Dividers are established on cargo beams for division and the organization of space in rack sections.
