RE-FLAME fire protection

Recently are in special demand industrial and commercial frame construction with the bearing metalwork. Similar methods of construction have a number of advantages before a bricklaying, monolithic construction and others first of all on the speed of construction, construction cost, and also the fact that the buildings built on such technologies have smaller weight.

However much attention when using this technology of construction should be paid to protection of the bearing parts against corrosion, condensate and fire influence in case of fire. To increase time for which destruction of the building owing to thermal influence of a flame will not begin it is necessary to protect the surface of metal from thermal influence. The fireproof distending RE-FLAME paint  has properties which allow it to increase when heating in volume to 50 times. Extending, RE-FLAME  forms fire-resistant foam with low coefficient of heat conductivity which interferes with achievement of a flame and temperature of a surface of metal. Thus, RE-FLAME  constrains flame temperature up to 90 minutes. Full evacuation of personnel from the room and arrival to an object of the emergency service which will manage to extinguish fire before the building begins to collapse is during this time supposed.

The fireproof covering of RE-FLAME  is made only with application of components of the American and European production on the hi-tech equipment which allows to process fully components to optimum extent of mixture and a reshooting gallery. It is also necessary to note what  is a part of fire protection of RE-FLAME the nanostructured particles (nanoplates) of oxide of aluminum which provide high durability of a covering, durability and resistance to humidity of air.
