Real estate assessmen

Real estate assessment: assessment of the land plots, objects of the enterprises, assessment of apartments, offices, houses, etc. It is the most widespread type of an assessment. The assessment of real estate means as an assessment of the right of rent, the property right and possession, and an assessment of apartments and other property.
The assessment of real estate is made with the purposes:
- at transactions of purchase and sale of buildings, rooms, the land plots;
- at registration of pledge in case of crediting;
- at determination of cost of the caused damage;
- when entering into authorized capital of firm or the enterprise
