nbsp;The receiver air serves for creation of a reserve of air and smoothing of pulsations of air in air ducts during the work of compressor installation.
The manufacturer guarantees safety of work of a receiver at observance by the consumer of the following service conditions:
1. The receiver air has to be operated according to requirements of safety measures for electrical units and Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of the vessels working under pressure.
2. Change of a working environment and the parameters of a receiver specified in the passport of compressor installation is not allowed.
3. To carry out engineering certification of a receiver to the terms specified on the plate (not later than 8 years from the moment of production). Periodically (annually or more often) visual survey to check a corrosion condition of internal walls of the case of a receiver, using for this purpose lateral openings in unions of the bottoms and an opening under the condensate discharge crane.
4. The consumer is obliged before start of the compressor in work to check compliance on the working pressure of the compressor and a receiver. Indication of pressure is determined by the manometer.
5. Intervention in a design - alteration, welding, insert and installation of the devices breaking integrity of a receiver - is strictly forbidden.
6. Transportation, storage and installation is carried out according to indications of the passport of compressor installation. For movement follows according to the plate on a receiver and to passport details of compressor installation to check the weight, overall dimensions and by means of special means to lift it according to the existing rules and instructions.
